The government has encouraged workforce to compromise of 70% locals.
Inline with this requirement, we have hired 70% Bruneians, and 30% Expatriates. About 13 of which are females and 47 are males.
In line with the Company’s current Bruneianisation policy, 70% of the employees are Bruneians holding positions at various levels throughout the organization. In 2000, the ratio between locals to foreigners was respectively at 30:70 whereas in 2009 the ratio was already reversed to 70:30.
